Refunds, Returns And Exchanges 

Custom orders are all sales final with no returns unless there is damage incurred during shipping or the product is not what was agreed upon. An invoice will be provided upon placing your order which will detail any custom requirements you have and whether the final product follows your directives.

We accept returns on standard items up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@email.com.

Shipping

All orders must be through a license FFL provided at the time of purchase. Each order will be calculated with shipping costs to the FFL provided.

When your order is placed Sidewinder Enterprises will collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number

Upon your purchase of our products and services billing and credit card information will be collected for that transaction. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

If you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data on public message boards or other social media, this information may be collected and used by others.

No personal information about you will be collected unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services.
